Calculators and your numbers

The calculators run in the browser, and the numbers you enter are processed on your own device and never sent to a server. That includes position size, margin and pip examples for gold (XAU/USD), where one standard lot is 100 oz and one pip is 0.01. Nothing you type is stored by us or attached to a profile.

This is a deliberate design choice, not a side effect. A margin or pip calculation does not need a server, and sending the inputs anywhere would create a record that does not need to exist. If a future tool ever needs a server, this page will say so before the tool is used.

What Hatta Copy Stores and What It Never Stores

Hatta Copy stores only the text you type into its calculators, and only for the length of your visit; it does not store your name, email address, phone number, or any account credentials. The calculators on this site are built to work without a login, so there is no user profile to hold personal data. When you enter a lot size, account balance, or leverage figure, that value exists in the page memory and is discarded when you close the tab. Nothing you type is written to a database owned by Hatta Copy.

Hatta Copy does not store payment details, bank account numbers, or copies of identity documents because it never asks for them. Funding a trading account happens on the broker's own platform, not on this site, so card numbers and UAE bank transfer references stay with the broker and its payment processors. The site also does not store your trading history, open positions, or profit and loss records. If you see a figure on this site, it was calculated from what you typed in that session, not pulled from a stored file about you.

Hatta Copy does not store the content of any message you might send through a contact route, because no contact form collects free-text messages on this site. It also does not store IP addresses in a way that links them to a named person, and it does not build shadow profiles from repeated visits. The only persistent items are the small technical ones described under cookies, and those are limited to what keeps the page working and counts visits in aggregate. Anything beyond that is not collected, so it cannot be stored.

Brokers and their own cookies

When you follow a link from this site to a broker, the broker sets its own cookies and handles your data under its own privacy policy. That policy is the one that applies once you are on the broker's site, and it is worth reading before you open an account or make a deposit, including a local UAE bank transfer.

Third Parties That Receive Data From This Site

Hatta Copy shares data with three categories of third parties: the analytics provider that counts visits, the affiliate networks that record broker link clicks, and the broker platforms you reach after clicking a link. The analytics provider receives a random identifier and the pages you viewed, not your name or the numbers you typed into a calculator. The affiliate network receives the click reference and the broker destination. The broker receives whatever you choose to enter on its own registration and funding forms, under its own privacy policy.

FxPro is the broker referenced on this site, and the entity that serves the UAE is FxPro Global Markets MENA Ltd. FxPro is licensed by the FCA (UK), CySEC and FSCA. When you follow a link to FxPro, you leave Hatta Copy and enter a platform governed by FxPro's own privacy notice, which describes how it handles identity documents, funding records, and trading data. Hatta Copy does not control what FxPro collects after you arrive, and it does not receive your FxPro account statements or balance information.

No other third party receives data from Hatta Copy. The site does not use advertising networks, social media pixels, or data brokers, and it does not sell or rent any data to outside parties. The analytics and affiliate providers are bound by their own contracts and process data for the purposes described here. If you use a local UAE bank transfer to fund a broker account, that transfer is handled by your bank and the broker's payment processor, not by Hatta Copy, and the bank's own privacy terms apply to that transaction.

The Cookies This Site Sets and What Each Kind Does

Hatta Copy uses three kinds of cookies: strictly necessary cookies that keep the page loading correctly, analytics cookies that count visits in aggregate, and affiliate cookies that record which broker link you clicked. Strictly necessary cookies do not track you across other websites and expire when your browser session ends. Analytics cookies collect a random identifier and the pages you viewed, not your name or email. Affiliate cookies are set only after you click a broker link and are read by the broker's affiliate network, not by Hatta Copy.

Each cookie kind has a single job. The necessary cookie remembers your cookie choice so the banner does not reappear on every page. The analytics cookie lets the site know which calculator pages are used and which are ignored, using a random ID rather than a profile. The affiliate cookie carries a reference code so the broker can attribute a sign-up to Hatta Copy; it does not contain your trading account number or your balance. Blocking the necessary cookie may mean the cookie banner reappears, but the calculators still work because they run in the page itself. Blocking analytics cookies stops the visit count but does not affect what you see. Blocking affiliate cookies means a broker may not link your visit to Hatta Copy, which does not change the terms you are offered by the broker. None of these choices changes the figures a calculator produces.

Affiliate Tracking, Stated Without Detour

Hatta Copy earns money through affiliate links to brokers, which means the site may receive a payment when a reader clicks a broker link and later opens a funded account. That payment comes from the broker's marketing budget, not from your deposit, and it does not change the spread, commission, or swap you are charged on the broker's platform. The link itself carries a reference code so the broker knows the visit came from Hatta Copy. The code is a label, not a record of your trading results.

Affiliate tracking on this site records the click and the broker destination, not your account activity after you leave. Hatta Copy does not receive your account number, your balance, your trade history, or your profit and loss from the broker. The broker's affiliate programme may report that a referred account was opened, but that report is aggregated and does not include the personal data you enter on the broker's own forms. If you prefer not to be tracked, you can open the broker's site directly in a new tab instead of using a link on this page.

The affiliate relationship does not give Hatta Copy any influence over the broker's execution, pricing, or withdrawal process. Hatta Copy is not a broker, does not hold client money, and does not process deposits or withdrawals in AED or any other currency. Any funding you do, whether by card, bank transfer, or e-wallet, happens on the broker's platform under the broker's own terms. The affiliate payment is separate from your trading account and does not create a client relationship between you and Hatta Copy.

Retention Periods and What Deletes Stored Data

Hatta Copy keeps cookie data only for as long as each cookie's lifetime, and no longer. The necessary cookie that remembers your choice lasts until you clear it or until its standard expiry, which is set by the browser. Analytics identifiers are kept in aggregate form and are not retained in a way that identifies a single reader beyond the counting period. Affiliate click records are held by the affiliate network under its own retention schedule, not by Hatta Copy. Nothing typed into a calculator is retained after the page is closed.

Deletion happens in three ways: closing the browser tab clears the calculator inputs, clearing cookies in your browser removes the identifiers stored on your device, and the analytics provider's own retention limit removes older visit records automatically. Hatta Copy does not keep a backup of calculator inputs because it never writes them to storage. If you request deletion of any data that can be linked to you, the site will remove it from its active systems and confirm what was removed.

The retention period for affiliate click data depends on the affiliate network's policy, which is separate from this site. Hatta Copy does not control that schedule and does not receive the underlying click logs. If you want a click record deleted, the request should go to the affiliate network named in its privacy notice. For anything Hatta Copy itself holds, the retention period is the shortest needed for the purpose, and deletion is triggered by your request or by the cookie's own expiry, whichever comes first.

Your Rights Over Data and How to Exercise Them

You have the right to ask what data Hatta Copy holds about you, to request a copy, to request correction, and to request deletion. Because the site stores almost nothing that identifies you, a request will usually return only the cookie choice and an aggregated visit record if one exists. You can make a request by using the contact route published on the site. There is no charge for a request, and the site aims to respond within the period required by applicable UAE data protection rules.

You can exercise most of your rights without contacting anyone by clearing cookies in your browser, which removes the analytics and affiliate identifiers stored on your device. Traffic counts and local storage

We keep only aggregate traffic counts, such as how many times a page was viewed, and we do not build a profile of an individual reader from them. Local storage in your browser holds your own preferences, such as a setting you chose on a calculator, and it stays on your device under your control. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

We do not ask for an account, a name or a phone number to read this site. The only address the desk publishes is editor@hattacopyae.com, and it is used for editorial contact, not for marketing lists.
